There is a lot here - very rich description of an otherwise simple scene. Your use a wide range of vocabulary, which is very good for this type of exercise. Sometimes it's not quite right (ex. "a hot flush" is a a sudden hot, uncomfortable feeling experienced by some women during menopause) or even a bit disturbing ( whatever did that dog do to your leg ?!). Nice work here.
