When I come back at my apartment, I often walk through St Lazare Street.
It’s a very long street. At the beginning of the street, there is a square, with a lot of traffic. When I am at the beginning of the street, I can’t even see the end of it.
While I am walking, I see the road and its heavy traffic. There are 10 cars which are waiting for the traffic light to turn green. Some of them seem to be in a hurry and so use their horn. It’s a very noisy road due to horns and engine noises.
On the cobblestone pavement, there is a lot of pedestrians, some with children or dogs. I hear a child crying and his father trying to calm him.
I have to weaving in and out to avoid everybody.
The further down the street I go, the more I can feel the good smell of the bakery. The smell of a good baguette or croissant make me hungry. Finally, I enter in it and ask for a good baguette.
