A rather humorous observation which relies on smell - the contrast between the dirty diapers and broccoli and such a muted and rather elegant atmosphere is striking! Sometimes you have vocabulary problems ("I'm an habit" --> I am a regular client ; 'The voices was jumbling.." --> There was a jumble of voices) so you might think about really digging deep when you used dictionaries to find words.
